Tanjung Puting National Park 7D/6N Duration : 7D/6N Grade : Easy to Moderate Start/Ends : Jakarta or Banjarmasin Tanjung Puting is announced as a national park on October 14, 1982 by Ministry of Forestry, covering an area about 300,040 hectares. It is a conservation area to protect rare animals such as; Orangutan (pongo pygmaeus), proboscis monkey (nasalis larvatus), hornbill, etc. The area is also a kind of ecosystem of lowland tropical rainforest, swamp and mangrove forest.
There is no place on earth to explore such as lovely and unique place by visiting Tanjung Puting National Park. You will be captivated by wonderful nature enriched by the people spirit of the region and those all remains wild and natural. As the great ape, orangutans are among humankind’s closest living relative in the animal kingdom. You will penetrate the real of pre historic wonder of beauty nature.

Kahung Valley is part of Meratus mountain, it is good for people who loves traveling, started by cruising Riam Kanan lake with mountainous panorama to reach Belangian village. Then hiking the grass hills and cross villagers farm. Afterwards, you will enter tropical rainforest with plenty of huge trees and streams. By trekking here, you will enjoy the wonderful scenery of Meratus mountain, feel the amazing nature, and breathe the fresh air of Borneo forest.
In the peaceful afternoon we will slowly explore the quite river by the klotok while observe the monkeys along the riverside. Overnight and dining on the boat.

Meratus Mountain lies from southern to northern of South Borneo. The range inhabited by Dayak Bukit / Meratus ethnic. They settle on remote places along Meratus range. Nomadic farming, animals hunting, and ritual ceremony are part of their life. The highest part is on Mount Besar. The area is covered by tropical rain forest, river, mossy stone, and tremendous waterfall. By trekking here, you will breathe the fresh of tropical forest air and whispered by the sound of mighty nature.
Orang utan wild safari Duration :3D/2N Grade : Easy Start/Ends : Jakarta or Banjarmasin
Orangutan is very strong animal with long arms, the adult male weight up to 100 kilograms. They can live up to 30 years old and start breeding between 7 and 10 years old, with 9 months gestation period as human. They are so close with human, you will see they approach you, and asking you to feed them, you can also walk hand in hand with her. They build their shelter every night, made of twigs and branches, and eating fruit, young plants, and insects. Now, their population is in critical situation, they can be found on Sumatera and Borneo islands only.
Mahakam River Excursion Duration :5D/4N Grade : Easy Start/Ends : Jakarta or Balikpapan
Mahakam river which meander of thousands kilometers through one of the largest tropical rainforest in the world with twenty main Dayak tribes, once feared as headhunters settle on this river basin. Varieties flora and fauna live including the famous fresh water dolphin, proboscis monkey, black orchid, etc. You will see and found the culture of Dayak tribe who has a lot of sub ethnics with their own unique lives.
Amandit Trek Duration :5D/4N Grade : Easy Start/Ends : Jakarta or Banjarmasin

We will take you to walk to Malaris village for an hour, crossing suspension bridge over Amandit River and passing through Dayak Meratus farmland and trekking to Meratus mountain.
